Now they are looking for an exceptional developer to join the market data development/support team.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance the company''s market data aggregation platform (Write code to ingest, clean, and normalize data from multiple sources, optimize performance and scalability, troubleshoot and fix bugs
Provide technical support to users of the platform (Address any issues with data access or functionality in a timely manner, respond to ad hoc queries and requests from traders, and perform morning system checks to ensure platform is running smoothly)
Suggest improvements to the platform and implement enhancements (Identify areas for optimization based on user feedback, plan and execute platform upgrades and new feature development)
Maintain data quality within the platform (Monitor for anomalies or missing data, develop tools to verify data accuracy)

Requirements

Strong Back-End / Data Engineering skillsets.
3+ years of development experience
Proficiency in Python and other Back-End stacks including C++, C#, or Java
Comfortable with a 50% development and 50% support environment
Adept at working in high pressure situation
Experience with financial data or market data would be an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £36,447.49-£168,156.24 per year
